Lohasava

Description (English/ Bangla):

Lohasava is an Ayurvedic proprietary medication in the form of liquid comprising naturally processed iron which plays a vital role to pacify Kapha and Vata Doshas and the irregularities arising due to its imbalance. It primarily comprises 4 – 10 % of self-generated alcohol in it. This self-generated alcohol is mainly indicated in deficiency of iron in the body acting as an iron tonic. Lohasava is a powerful hematinic product, i.e., it might either help in the synthesis of new red blood cells or might help boost the production of haemoglobin (a protein) in them.

Indications-

Lohasava shows beneficial effects in anaemia, hepatitis, spleen enlargement, fatty liver, jaundice, malabsorption syndrome, cough, asthma etc. Owing to its Lekhaniya quality, it readily promotes weight loss by discarding the accumulated fats in the body.
