Chebulic myrobalan – Harad – Terminalia chebula  

Belleric myrobalan – Baheda – Terminalia bellerica –  

Gooseberry – Amla – Emblica officinalis 

Nagarmotha – Mustha – Cyperus rotundus  

Nagkesar – Mesua ferrea  

Cinnamon – Dalchini – Cinnamomum zeylanicum  

Coriander – Dhaniya – Coriandrum sativum 

Soya-beej – Glycine max 

Clove – Laung – Syzygium aromaticum  

Other ingredients as per BNAF 

Indications- 

Indications of Haritaki Khand: 

Constipation 

Flatulence 

Hemorrhoids 

Indigestion 

Hyper acidity 

Abdominal colic 

Loss of appetite 

Dose- 

5-10 g with warm water. Or as directed by the physician.
